ECHO Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate department-level initiatives with cross-functional impact. You will oversee planning, budgeting, risk management, and continuous improvement while liaising with management and stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, process improvements, and effective communication across teams in a fast-paced environment. PR-based location with a comprehensive project portfolio.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master or Bachelor with PM experience.
• Experience in change control management, project controls and capital projects.
• Experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI), technology transfer, process development, lifecycle management, or commercialization programs.
• Experience developing and managing integrated project schedules, resource plans, risk registers, budgets, and governance processes.
• Process validation background will support the previous required qualifications.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees, manages and coordinates all operational aspects of ongoing department level projects with impact across multiple organizations.
• Serves as liaison between project team and organization.
• Plan, implement, monitor, complete and follow up on projects.
• Manage competing timelines and prioritize critical tasks.
• Establish and achieve project standards for quality and quantity.
• Assess issues and develop solutions to meet goals and client satisfaction.
• Research issues and provide recommendations and maintain archives.
• Manage and track project budgets and resources.
• Develop tools and processes to enable informed decision making.
• Present updates to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SOPs.
