Job summary

ECHO Consulting Group is hiring a senior Project Manager to oversee and coordinate complex multi-department projects in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, and food industries. The role focuses on planning, monitoring, and timely completion while ensuring budget control and high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will liaise with department teams, manage risk, maintain thorough documentation, and drive process improvements. English and Spanish skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Education requirements as stated: Doctorate or Master's with PM experience; or Bachelor’s with PM experience; or Associate’s with 10 years PM experience; or high school with 12 years PM experience.
• Experience in project management across departments and life sciences domains.
• Familiarity with regulatory, quality, and document control processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage and coordinate all operational aspects of ongoing department projects affecting multiple departments.
• Serve as liaison between project team and department.
• Manage all aspects of project(s): planning, implementation, monitoring, completion, and follow-up.
• Maintain and track project budgets.
• Identify and anticipate schedule slips or changes and analyze costs and resource impact.
• Provide project management support and reports for forums and leadership.
