Job summary

• Prior internship, co-op, academic, or work experience involving project coordination, vendor management, procurement, logistics, or data tracking is a plus.

Job Description

This role sits within the External Capabilities group in Small Molecule Process Research & Development within our Research & Development Division. The role will provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for clinical drug substance development and manufacturing projects conducted with our Company external CDMO partners. The role will help support timely, high-quality delivery of products and services by coordinating purchase orders, processing invoices, preparing requests for proposals, tracking key performance indicators, maintaining file repositories, reviewing routine reports, and supporting shipping logistics. Some flexibility is required to collaborate remote with overseas partners across time zones. This is a hybrid role. The successful candidate will collaborate effectively with internal our Company partner groups and external partners, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and be eager to learn new systems and processes. This individual should be a proactive communicator, dependable team member, and strong collaborator who supports a culture of scientific excellence, trust, collaboration, quality, safety, and compliance across our Company and partner organizations.

Qualifications Education

B.S. in chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related scientific discipline.

The salary range for this role is $87,300.00 - $137,400.00 This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
