Responsibilities

• Assign tasks and balance workloads to meet production goals; monitor training and progress.
• Monitor production quality and use leadership skills to resolve issues with staff.
• Contribute to capacity or budget planning and present recommendations.
• Coordinate with engineering on equipment changes and capital projects.
