Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee 20–40 employees on multiple production lines in a pharmaceutical manufacturing/packaging environment.
• Assign tasks and adjust workloads to meet production goals.
• Schedule and monitor training and assess progress; monitor production quality.
• Lead problem solving with employees and share knowledge with management for process improvements.
• Participate in capacity or budget planning and present recommendations.
