Perrigo is seeking a QA Technician for a 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3 PM–11 PM) in Allegan, MI. The role responds to quality events, executes containment, and guides remediation actions while ensuring adherence to cGMP requirements.

The position involves auditing manufacturing and packaging processes, reviewing documentation, and managing rework with clear instructions. Strong communication and the ability to work under deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and excellent oral and written communication are essential.
• Ability to work independently under multiple deadlines.
• Must understand equipment operation and manufacturing/packaging processes.
• Experience in a cGMP environment and knowledge of SOPs is required or preferred.
• Ability to identify, assess and contain defects and participate in rework processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to quality events and complete related documentation.
• Determine immediate containment and remediation actions.
• Assist in identifying, assessing, and containing defects; provide rework instructions.
• Conduct ASPs and manage the rework process.
• Review documentation and perform audits of Perrigo manufacturing and packaging processes for cGMP compliance.
