Qualifications

• Degree preferred; in lieu of degree, 4+ years of leadership experience accepted.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to direct work across multiple production areas.
• 4 years of production supervision experience.
• Experience in FDA-regulated environments preferred.
• Excellent communication and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 20-40 manufacturing and packaging employees across lines and shifts.
• Assign tasks, adjust workloads to meet production goals and schedules.
• Provide strong support and build relationships across Perrigo policies and resources.
• Coach and develop the team to improve trust, engagement and retention.
• Promote an inclusive environment and safety culture on the floor.
• Participate in capacity or budget planning and present recommendations.
• Support RedZone OEE tracking and related performance measures.
• Edit attendance and approve payroll to ensure timely payments.
• Handle disciplinary actions with appropriate documentation.
