Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years in production/packaging; solid dose background preferred.
• Ability to work various shifts including weekends.
• Knowledge of metric and English weighing systems.
• Basic understanding of machinery and control systems.
• Strong math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, ratios, percentages).
• Proficient with Word, Excel, SAP, Outlook, SharePoint, Master Control, and SuccessFactors.
• Able to follow SOPs and Batch Record documentation accurately.
• Capable of reading and writing English to document results.
• Demonstrated ability to operate pharmaceutical processing equipment and meet cGMP standards.
• Willingness to assist in on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Documentation: complete batch records and logbook with accuracy.
• Operate and maintain production and packaging equipment per SOPs.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and document results.
• Perform changeovers and equipment cleaning per procedures.
• Maintain production/packaging reporting for the unit.
• Collaborate with team and assist training of trainees.
• Communicate issues to supervisor and identify improvement opportunities.
• Complete other duties as assigned to meet objectives.
