Job summary

LANNETT COMPANY, INC is seeking a Production Operator in Seymour, Indiana to support the manufacturing and packaging of oral solid dose products. The role focuses on accurate batch documentation, operation of pharmaceutical production equipment, and adherence to cGMP/SOP standards.

The position requires basic mechanical and measurement skills, proficiency with SAP and MS Office, and the ability to work within a team across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Solid understanding of metric and English weighing/measurement systems.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical machinery and control systems.
• Ability to perform math calculations and use a calculator/computer (Word, Excel, SAP, Outlook).
• Ability to follow SOPs and Batch Records with accurate data recording.
• Experience with SAP and production documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Documentation: complete batch records and logbooks with accuracy (40%).
• Operation of equipment: run and maintain production/packaging machinery (50%).
• Teamwork: collaborate with others and assist training (10%).
• Perform in-process quality checks and ensure safety and efficiency.
