Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services is seeking a dedicated Production Technician in the United States to produce components meeting specifications and maintain ISO 9001/13485 records. You will inspect, package, label, and document to ensure quality and traceability.

Requires a High School diploma; GMP knowledge is preferred. Safe operation of equipment, accurate documentation, and teamwork are essential for this role with an onsite shift pattern including 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 11:30 PM–8:00 AM).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• GMP knowledge and production experience are advantageous.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts visually and ensure proper documentation in real time.
• Maintain batch documentation accuracy and sign-off.
• Perform measurements per work instructions and flag deviations.
• Package parts per specs and record accept/reject status.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain clean work areas.
• Support Lean Sigma and comply with EHS requirements.
