Job summary

Tolmar is actively seeking a Production Maintenance Technician II to support maintenance of production equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and drive improvements in equipment reliability at our Colorado facility.

The role requires strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, ability to train staff, and adherence to cGMP standards within a clean room setting. Occasional overtime may be required, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Three years of production maintenance experience.
• Electrical training completed or in progress preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment preferred.
• Clean room experience preferred.
• Refrigeration or HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service production equipment and processes.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and component replacement.
• Lead and train Maintenance Tech I staff in equipment operation and repairs.
• Maintain training records in compliance with cGMP standards.
• Ensure conformity with FDA, cGMP, and SOP standards.
• Collaborate with management to resolve issues and improve equipment efficiency.
• Install machines and equipment as needed.
