Job summary

Tolmar Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I focused on aseptic injectable production. You will work in a clean room, assemble components, set up labeling and packaging equipment, perform in-process sampling, and help maintain sterile operations to ensure product quality.

Ideal candidates will follow SOPs, document activities accurately, and participate in hazardous waste training. This role requires the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow SOPs and production records.

Responsibilities

• Perform job in a clean room environment requiring clean room gowning.
• Assist in setup and operation labeling equipment for pre-filled syringes and/or vials.
• Assist in setup and operation of semi-automatic packaging equipment for pre-filled syringes.
• Perform in-process sampling, testing and inspection on the packaging line.
• Assist in setup/disassembly/cleaning of syringe filling/stoppering equipment.
• Assist in preparation of equipment and parts for sterilization.
• Maintain aseptic technique in an ISO 5-6 environment.
• Ensure product quality adheres to approved specifications.
• Follow SOPs and production records with a 'Right the First Time' mindset.
• Participate in annual hazardous waste training and respond to spills.
