Adecco US, Inc. is hiring a Production Associate for a pharmaceutical client in Syracuse, NY. This role supports filling, packaging, and labeling in a regulated environment, with on-site training and a 1st shift schedule.

Typical hours 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, four days per week Monday-Thursday, with mandatory overtime possible. PPE and cleanroom work are required, and safety rules must be followed to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow written procedures and complete documentation accurately
• Willingness to wear required PPE and work in cleanroom environments

Responsibilities

• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Operate non-sterile filling, packaging, and labeling equipment
• Perform routine cleaning of production areas and equipment
• Complete required production logs and documentation accurately
• Conduct inspections, calculations, and quality checks as required
• Gather materials and complete check-in procedures
• Adhere to all safety regulations and PPE requirements
• Assist with preventative maintenance activities as directed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
