Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Pharmaceutical Production Associate for an immediate full-time, onsite role in the Philadelphia, PA area. The position involves operating filling and production machines in a cGMP cleanroom, following batch records and strict documentation standards to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will perform in a fast-paced environment, maintain logs, and support sanitation and GMP procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in a cGMP and cleanroom environment.
• Ability to follow batch records and core documentation practices.
• Familiarity with sanitation and GMP safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and set up equipment per SOPs.
• Mix, fill, and package dosage forms (liquids, solids, semi-solids).
• Accurately measure and dispense raw materials.
• Maintain real-time batch logs and line clearance forms.
• Sanitize and clean manufacturing rooms and equipment per SOPs.
• Adhere to GMP and safety procedures throughout production.
