Job summary

Top Quality Recruitment (TQR) is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing and inventory for a pharmacy, ensuring APIs, excipients, sterile components, and supplies are available as needed. The role involves FDA-regulated sourcing, certificate handling, and compliance across domestic and international vendors.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare procurement, purchasing, or inventory management.
Familiarity with USP standards and regulatory requirements is preferred.
Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) required to support daily communication with China-based suppliers and manufacturers.

Responsibilities

Manage purchasing of APIs, excipients, and finished products from FDA-registered suppliers.
Purchase sterile components, cleanroom consumables, and related supplies with proper documentation.
Obtain and maintain CoAs and supplier documentation; support supplier qualification and compliance.
