Job summary

Lowtide Pharmacy LLC is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing and inventory for APIs, excipients, sterile components, and related items. You will coordinate with wholesalers, vendors, and international suppliers (Mandarin fluency required) to maintain stock, control costs, and ensure compliance.

You will monitor inventory levels, verify documentation, and support supplier qualification and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese required.
• Experience in pharmacy purchasing or healthcare procurement preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and purchasing/pharmacy management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing of APIs, excipients, and finished products from FDA-registered suppliers.
• Procure sterile compounding components and validate lot documentation.
• Obtain CoAs and supplier documentation; support supplier qualification.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders based on production schedule and demand.
• Coordinate with China-based suppliers and manage import/export docs in Mandarin.
• Track pricing, contracts, rebates, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and proper vendor records.
