Qualifications

• 2+ years in manufacturing, regulated industry.
• Lean Six Sigma principles knowledge.
• Yellow belt is an advantage.
• Continuous improvement of processes/equipment.
• cGMP experience is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, solution-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and project management skills.
• Experience drafting validation protocols.
• Knowledge of CAPA systems and problem-solving tools.

Responsibilities

• Support activities within the Process Engineering Department.
• Assist with qualification execution for equipment/processes.
• Read and interpret validation documentation.
• Assist with changes under change control.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of quality, service, HSE and costs.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering on new equipment/technology.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO, CE standards.
• Transfer knowledge to Operations.
