Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or related science field.
• Minimum 2–8 years in a chemical processing area.
• Experience with safety procedures and regulatory compliance (GMP).
• Solid written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing and assembly of clinical and commercial products.
• Weighs, measures and checks raw materials to ensure batches contain proper ingredients and quantities.
• Assist in validating processes/equipment related to filtration, cleaning and sterilization.
• Maintain records and clean room environment to comply with regulatory requirements and SOPs.
• Work on moderately complex projects and provide routine recommendations.
• Provide lab support for manufacturing suites and learn equipment operation.
• Follow SOPs and HazMat procedures for movement of raw materials.
• Support investigations and contribute ideas for improvements.
• Interact with other departments to share information and improve processes.
