Job summary

The position requires 2–8 years of chemical processing experience, strong documentation skills, and the ability to operate lab and manufacturing equipment safely.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related science.
• 2–8 years' experience in a chemical processing area.
• Experience with safety procedures.
• Solid written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience operating manufacturing or laboratory equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with metric systems and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for manufacturing and assembly of clinical and commercial products.
• Weighs, measures and checks raw materials to ensure proper ingredients and quantities.
• Help validate processes and equipment related to filtration, cleaning and sterilization.
• Maintain records and clean room environment to comply with regulatory requirements and SOPs.
• Support processing by adhering to SOPs and following HazMat procedures.
• Provide lab support for manufacturing suites and run equipment per SOPs.
• Interact with other departments to share information and troubleshoot improvements.
• Review SOPs and participate in investigations when needed.
