Job summary

Pfizer in the United States is seeking an Associate in Global Supply to help ensure plants, utility systems, buildings and equipment operate reliably. You will support maintenance and engineering activities, review work orders, and contribute to preventive maintenance plans in a penicillin manufacturing environment.

This on-site role requires a bachelor’s degree with experience, strong problem-solving, clear instruction writing, and collaboration with Production and Quality teams to drive safety

Qualifications

• Experience in reliability-based maintenance practices.
• Ability to write simple and accurate instructions.
• Demonstrated computer and technical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance/engineering in planning, overseeing and improving preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Review preventive and corrective work orders and provide troubleshooting support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives including change controls and maintenance projects.
• Support contractor/vendor management for maintenance activities and provide invoicing/POs.
• Participate in RCFA and FMEA to update equipment reliability plans.
• Assist with GMP investigations and EHS investigations and CAPA implementation.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality teams on troubleshooting and equipment improvements.
• Promote safety by following site procedures and performing safety assessments.
