Novozen Healthcare LLC is seeking a Process Engineer to join a Greenfield API facility startup in Lebanon, Indiana. You will act as the site technical representative during commissioning, qualification, and startup activities, supporting C&Q teams and field execution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/ Biochemical/ Mechanical Engineering and 2+ years in process engineering or C&Q, with a strong ability to troubleshoot and work onsite.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• 2+ years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or C&Q.
• Understanding of process equipment and operations.
• Experience troubleshooting equipment or technical issues.
• Ability to support commissioning, testing, and startup activities.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support commissioning, qualification, and startup of process equipment at a new pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
• Review C&Q protocols, test cases, discrepancy reports, and equipment documentation.
• Assist with equipment setup, testing, troubleshooting, and verification of operations.
• Participate in equipment inspections, safety reviews, LOTO planning, and PSSR activities.
• Collaborate with C&Q, Operations, Engineering, Automation, and Technical Services teams to resolve issues.
• Support equipment handover and documentation for site Operations.
• Ensure equipment and systems operate safely and meet startup requirements.
• Provide hands-on field support and work shifts as needed during startup.
