Job summary

NetSource, Inc. seeks a Senior Material Excellence Engineer, Site MSAT, to lead global dual sourcing of Lentivirus materials for Project S.U.R.G.E. You will drive reliability, innovation, and sustainability across sites, interfacing with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires strong PM skills, cGMP knowledge, and a background in viral manufacturing and cellular therapies. Hybrid work with onsite days in NJ is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• At least 3 years of Project Management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with lentiviral manufacturing is a plus.
• Knowledge of cGMP and Health Authority regulations (FDA/EMA).
• R&D and Process Development background is required.
• Experience with COMET/TruVault is preferred.
• Familiar with Change Control Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead process improvements, focusing on dual sourcing of LV materials.
• Manage detailed project plans for dual sourcing under Project S.U.R.G.E.
• Create URS documents, review vendor drawings, and conduct comparability assessments.
• Implement standard supply chain, logistics, and distribution processes.
• Collaborate with production to optimize resources and reduce costs.
• Drive organizational change with effective PM strategies and communication plans.
• Delegate tasks and provide clear direction for project execution.
• Monitor manufacturing performance and drive cost reduction and robustness.
• Conduct risk analyses and develop mitigation opportunities.
• Produce visuals detailing critical path and key handoffs.
