Qualifications

• 1–3 years as a mechanical technician in an industrial or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience with high-purity water and clean utilities; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair site utilities systems including boilers, water distribution, steam, condensate, and related equipment.
• Complete scheduled maintenance orders and ensure CMMS metrics are met; maintain piping, water treatment, steam, and air networks.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, valves, and transfer systems; perform planned maintenance and project work.
• Maintain documentation, logbooks, PPE, and equipment in GMP-compliant manner; participate in training and on-the-job development.
• Assist in safety procedures, incident reporting, and advancing to higher technician levels through training and experience.
