Job summary
Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is hiring a Production Maintenance Technician for our Pharmaceutical Manufacturing client in Noblesville, Indiana.
You will troubleshoot electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanical systems, read schematics, and perform safety-focused repairs to keep production running.
The role requires a 2-year technical degree and hands-on experience; the team emphasizes regulatory compliance (FDA, cGMP) and quality.
Qualifications
- Two-year degree in Electrical Automation, Industrial Maintenance, Electronics, Electrical systems, or related field required.
- One+ year of relevant work experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment and/or automation systems, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with and without schematics.
- Proximity and optical sensors, signal wiring / connectivity.
- Automation electronics, electrical controls / PLCs.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanical systems in an industrial environment.
- Determine best course of action to repairs and prioritize for safety and reliability of production equipment.
- Test equipment after repairs and leave area in a safe condition.
- Work from schematics, engineering drawings and instructions; perform adjustments and modifications as directed.
- Ensure safety and quality through training and compliance to SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
