Job summary

Yoh is hiring a Production Maintenance Technician for a pharmaceutical manufacturing client in Noblesville, Indiana. The role involves diagnosing and repairing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to ensure safe and reliable production equipment.

You will work from schematics and written instructions, perform tests, and maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines, including FDA and ISO standards, in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in a relevant electrical/maintenance field.
• 1+ year of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in pharma manufacturing.
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical systems.
• Experience with AC/DC power systems and PLCs is preferred.
• Soldering and calibration experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Determine repair actions and prioritize safety and reliability of equipment.
• Test equipment after repairs and ensure a clean, safe area.
• Work from schematics and follow instructions.
• Maintain regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO, etc.).
