Job summary

Yoh is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a pharmaceutical manufacturing client in Maryland Heights, MO. This is a full-time, onsite role with a 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. schedule.

Pay ranges from $30.00 to $32.00 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits and long-term career opportunities. The ideal candidate will hold an associate degree in a related field and 3+ years of maintenance experience, including PLCs, sensors, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and high-voltage work.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical Automation, Industrial Maintenance, Electronics, Electrical Systems, or related field.
• Three+ years of relevant industrial or manufacturing equipment maintenance experience.
• Experience with AC/DC electrical power, automated systems, PLCs, sensors, and motors.
• Proficiency with pneumatic and hydraulic controls, vacuum systems, and high‑voltage work.
• Strong troubleshooting, ability to read schematics, and onsite work capability.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventive maintenance tasks, inspections, and work orders on schedule.
• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and support systems.
• Respond to production-down equipment issues and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in an industrial setting.
• Work from electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and instructions.
• Perform equipment functionality and alignment checks.
• Make adjustments, modifications, repairs, and component replacements as directed.
• Troubleshoot automated systems, electrical controls, and motors.
• Operate related equipment, conduct tests, and document results.
