Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid-level pharmaceutical patent litigation associate in Boston. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in life science or pharmaceutical patent litigation, including expertise in Hatch Waxman litigation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical patent litigation.
• Experience with Hatch Waxman litigation preferred.
• Ability to qualify for registration with the United States Patent & Trademark Office preferred.
