Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in pharmaceutical and life sciences patent litigation
• Handle Hatch-Waxman litigation and provide strategic dispute counseling
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings
• Collaborate with technical experts and expert witnesses
• Manage complex patent litigation before federal courts and the PTAB
• Develop litigation strategy with attorneys and clients
• Provide high-quality client service throughout the litigation process
