Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
• Eight or more years of pharmaceutical or life sciences IP experience.

Responsibilities

• Own patent preparation and prosecution across global markets, building exclusivity for BridgeBio assets.
• Lead freedom-to-operate assessments for drug development, commercialization, and transactions.
• Provide IP counsel across asset lifecycles, including exclusivity strategy and competitive environments.
