Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures, specifications, and technical instructions.
• Basic math and calculations for accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, clean, and change over packaging, labeling, and visual inspection equipment.
• Perform packaging and visual inspection activities following approved procedures and specifications.
• Identify, segregate, and document defective or nonconforming products.
• Complete batch, inspection, equipment, and reconciliation records accurately and in compliance with cGMP requirements.
• Conduct line clearance, material verification, in-process checks, and product reconciliation.
• Follow SOPs, safety, gowning, data integrity, and quality requirements.
• Escalate quality concerns, defects, deviations, and equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain required qualifications, training, and participation in continuous improvement activities.
