Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 1 year in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures and specifications.
• Accurate documentation and basic calculations.
• Strong communication and teamwork, detail-oriented.
• Complete packaging, gowning, equipment, and visual inspection training.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, clean, and changeover packaging, labeling, and visual inspection equipment.
• Perform packaging and visual inspection per procedures.
• Identify and document defective or nonconforming products.
• Complete batch, inspection, equipment, and reconciliation records per cGMP.
• Conduct line clearance, material verification, in-process checks, product reconciliation.
• Follow SOPs, safety, gowning, data integrity, and quality requirements.
• Escalate quality concerns, defects, deviations, equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain qualifications, training, and participate in continuous improvement.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and support routine operations.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality to meet goals.
• Work assigned shifts, overtime, weekends or holidays.
