Job summary

Ferring is seeking a Packaging & Visual Inspection Operator II for 2nd shift at our Parsippany, NJ facility. You will operate, monitor, clean, and changeover packaging, labeling, and visual inspection equipment while ensuring compliance with cGMP and batch records.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of pharmaceutical manufacturing or regulated environment experience.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging, labeling, and visual inspection equipment on 2nd shift.
• Identify and document defective/nonconforming products and perform line clearance.
• Maintain accurate batch and reconciliation records in compliance with cGMP.
• Follow SOPs and safety requirements; escalate issues when needed.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams; support continuous improvement.
