Job summary

System One is seeking a Packaging Technician (2nd Shift) in Monmouth Junction, NJ to support pharmaceutical packaging in a cGMP environment. The role involves operating packaging equipment, maintaining batch records, and ensuring compliance with FDA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pharma packaging experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging equipment (fillers, cappers, labelers, cartoners, shrink wrappers) to ensure efficient production.
• Assist with equipment set-up, changeovers, and test runs for various products and batch sizes.
• Accurately complete and maintain batch records and other required documentation.
• Follow SOPs, cGMPs, FDA standards, and safety procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with production staff to meet quality and production goals.
• Perform general housekeeping and safety compliance within the packaging area.
