This full-time role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in manufacturing, with forklift certification within 6 months.

You will perform preventive maintenance, support production lines, document activities, and collaborate with a team across shifts, including 2nd and 3rd shifts, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift certification within 6 months of hire.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair packaging equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and changeovers and assist in setup.
• Document maintenance, lubrication and repairs in logbooks.
• Support production with timely equipment availability.
• Train and mentor less-experienced mechanics.
