Job summary

Fareva in Richmond, VA seeks a Bulk Manufacturer Levels I-III to handle bulk solution preparation, equipment operation, and adherence to cGMPs and safety standards. You will follow batch records, document processes, and ensure precise weighing of materials.

Responsibilities include operating mixing and filtration equipment, transferring finished batches, maintaining logs, and supporting process improvements. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification within 6 months.
• Willingness to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Ability to read and follow written and oral instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot bulk formulation equipment.
• Weigh specified quantities and follow formulation procedures.
• Prepare bulk solutions and transfer to designated tanks.
• Maintain accurate records and batch documentation.
• Perform pre-filtration and cleaning of equipment as required.
• Comply with cGMP, safety procedures and company policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
