Job summary

Sharp Clinical Services seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee packaging drug product and materials preparation. You will study orders, assign duties, and ensure timely production while enforcing safety standards.

The role supervises 20–60 employees in the Production Department and coordinates with other departments to meet schedules and maintain records. On-site, hourly pay is offered with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Study production orders to ascertain type and quantity of product and other packaging requirements.
• Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
• Observes packaging operations.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
• Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew.
• Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems.
• Initiate or suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
• Maintain time and production records.
• Confer with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.
