Job summary

Kindeva Drug Delivery is seeking a Sr. Supervisor of Packaging & Inspection to lead packaging, assembly, labeling, serialization and inspection operations while upholding safety, quality and schedule attainment.

The role requires onsite leadership, staff development, and coordination with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning and Supply Chain. A strong background in regulated manufacturing and people management is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a scientific/technical/engineering field or 10+ years supervisory pharma ops experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in regulated environments; union leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations and meet production schedules.
• Promote accountability, safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Ensure cGMP, SOPs, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Review production docs and investigate deviations and quality events.
• Coordinate activities with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning and Supply Chain.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence programs.
• Support audits, inspections, validations and new product introductions.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, attendance, vacations and overtime.
• Interview, hire, onboard, coach and develop supervisors and staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and administer corrective action.
• Ensure employees maintain required qualifications and training.
