Job summary

QCS Staffing is seeking an Operational Readiness Planner for a US-based, Ohio project. This initial 12-month contract supports a world-class life sciences facility development with a focus on scheduling readiness and risk management.

You will create and maintain the operational readiness schedule (Primavera P6 / MS Project), coordinate with project managers, perform critical path analyses, and provide dashboards to stakeholders. Strong communication and GMP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Extensive project scheduling experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry and GMP environments.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 (essential).

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the operational readiness schedule.
• Coordinate updates with project managers and workstream leads.
• Perform schedule analysis, identify critical path, dependencies, and risks.
• Provide schedule dashboards/reports to stakeholders.
• Track performance, variances, and issues.
