WellDyne seeks an Ops Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee incident report QA, resolution, and tracking, under the Director of Front End Pharmacy. You’ll research, resolve, and document reports while supporting confidential QA processes and a positive customer experience.

This role emphasizes timely communication with Customer Care and pharmacy leadership, maintaining logs, and analyzing trends to improve service quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician Registration in good standing; certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of pharmacy experience.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and researches all incoming Incident Reports.
• Resolves approved Incident Reports per company expectations.
• Communicates resolutions and denials with Customer Care.
• Tracks and analyzes issue trends.
• Maintains logs for returns and incident reports.
• Monitors Quality Related Event Reports and informs leadership.
