Job summary
Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a senior manufacturing operations professional to drive FFIP programs, manage performance, and partner with OE, Finance, and HR to meet production targets. You will lead capacity planning, budgeting, and strategic projects to improve efficiency and deliver reliable supply.
The role requires strong analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record in pharma/vaccine manufacturing environments.
Qualifications
- Experience using SAP MM/PP to manage manufacturing processes.
- Strong data analysis and reporting using Excel and BI tools.
- Familiarity with MDG data governance and master data concepts.
- Ability to create actionable insights with Power BI or Tableau.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain programs to ensure FFIP schedules.
- Assess performance vs targets and identify efficiency opportunities.
- Communicate KPIs and insights to stakeholders and leadership.
- Define internal factory interfaces for process hand-off and inventory.
- Act as the voice of the factory for operational performance.
- Interface with OE, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, HR.
- Forecast staffing and manage headcount aligned to budget.
- Provide FFIP capacity planning including 5-year horizon.
- Oversee budget updates and drive actions to meet targets.
- Lead strategic projects delivering savings and excellence.
- Collaborate with support groups to ensure supply to customers.
