Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a production supervisor to lead 20-40 staff across multiple lines in a pharma manufacturing and packaging setting. You will assign tasks, manage workloads, and drive production goals.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with emphasis on training, quality, and adherence to Perrigo policies and FDA-regulated practices. A degree is preferred or 4+ years of supervision experience in lieu of degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or minimum 4 years of supervision experience in lieu of degree.
• Demonstrated strong leadership: communication, performance management and problem-solving.
• Ability to provide work direction across multiple production areas.
• Sound judgment and good decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 20-40 employees across multiple production lines in a pharmaceutical manufacturing/packaging environment.
• Assign tasks, adjust workloads, and meet production goals.
• Schedule and monitor employee training; assess progress.
• Monitor production quality and solve problems using leadership skills.
• Support organization by adhering to policies, procedures, and resources.
• Coach and develop team members to increase trust, engagement, and retention.
• Foster an inclusive environment supporting diversity and authenticity.
• Share knowledge with management to develop or implement ongoing processes or projects.
• Participate in capacity or budget planning; gather information and present recommendations.
• Test/evaluate materials or process changes and recommend implementation or rejection.
• Supervise maintenance/installation projects; work with engineering on equipment selection/evaluation.
