Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a senior leader to head External Sterile Operations. The role owns strategy, governance, and performance across external manufacturing within the Sterile Vertical, and leads a team of External Operations Managers.

You will manage senior-level supplier relationships across supply, quality, service, cost, and contract compliance, and partner with Supply Chain, Quality, Technical Services, and other functions to drive network performance and risk management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of sterile operations experience.
• Experience leading third-party manufacturing relationships in regulated industries.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrix organizations.
• Strong negotiation and supplier governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead External Operations Managers and oversee external manufacturing network.
• Define strategy, governance, and performance for sterile external partners.
• Manage supplier relationships across supply, quality, service, cost, and contracts.
• Lead executive governance meetings and major negotiations.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and risk management.
