Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead all Packaging Operators on a given line and report to Shift Supervisor.
• Ensure operators follow operating and safety procedures; track and report downtimes for OEE.
• Troubleshoot equipment when needed and maintain GMP-compliant records.
• Coordinate with area management on personnel and mechanical concerns; participate in shift handoffs.
• Perform operator duties during breaks to keep line running; monitor downtime for OEE.
