Job summary

SGS, a global leader in testing, inspection and certification, seeks a Pharmaceutical Microbiology LIMS Analyst in Illinois. You will translate pharma microbiology workflows into validated LabVantage LIMS solutions, collaborating with QC Microbiology, QA, Validation, and IT teams to ensure compliance with GMP, 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity.

Qualifications

• GMP pharmaceutical microbiology background.
• Experience with USP/EP/JP/BP methods.
• Familiarity with 21 CFR Parts 11 and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain LabVantage LIMS for pharma microbiology testing.
• Develop and support test templates, specifications, sampling plans, calculations, and approvals workflows.
• Translate lab and regulatory requirements into system configurations and functional specs.
• Support system validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and computer software assurance.
