Job summary

Lilly is seeking an Engineer - MES to design, develop, deliver, and qualify the MES solution for the Lebanon API facility. You will partner with process automation, operations, and Global Technology teams to implement MES recipes and interfaces across manufacturing operations.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with expertise in MES platforms, GMP regulations, and validation processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in IT, chemistry, pharmacy, science, engineering, or related field.
3+ years of MES (Syncade or Pharmasuite) and DCS integration experience.
Experience in a GXP, regulated environment; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, deliver, and qualify the MES solution for the Lebanon API facility.
Partner with process automation, operations, and Global Technology teams to implement MES recipes and interfaces.
Ensure site readiness for MES and digital execution strategy; maintain lifecycle and validation docs.
Build cross-functional relationships to establish and implement the site IT roadmap.
Develop training materials and support site audits as SME for MES IT systems.
Translate business requirements into MES solutions and ensure regulatory and quality alignment.
