Job summary

The International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering, Inc. is seeking an MEP Superintendent to lead pharmaceutical projects in North Carolina.

You will oversee electrical and automation control systems, ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance, and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners. This role requires pharma experience, willingness to travel, and the ability to drive start-up turnover activities, pre-mobilization planning, and ongoing project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (not required).
• 8–12 years of related construction experience with an electrical focus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to partner with project managers and staff and manage safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site activities including OSHA safety compliance.
• Direct field personnel according to the project plan and schedule.
• Maintain baseline schedules and ensure turnover requirements are met.
• Manage subcontractor performance and project documentation.
• Attend and lead project turnover, safety, and coordination meetings.
