Job summary

Actalent is hiring a Construction Superintendent for a major pharmaceutical manufacturing project. Based in Dallas, TX, you will oversee ground-up construction, manage MEP subs, and ensure safety and quality across a multi-phase program.

Mobility includes potential relocation to Louisville after completion of initial phase. With 5+ years of site management experience and Procore proficiency, you will drive project success on a large-scale campus build in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in construction site management.
• Proven experience as a Superintendent on MEP projects (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Previous experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Biopharmaceutical industry or large manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site construction activities and ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues and keep schedule.
