Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. in Bedford, OH is seeking a Mechanical Technician to maintain and service high-speed production equipment on the shop floor. You will perform corrective and preventive maintenance, document activities, and support changeovers to meet production schedules.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, keeping logs, and coordinating with maintenance and engineering teams. A strong mechanical background and 5+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five (5) years maintenance experience maintaining and troubleshooting high-speed equipment.
• Experience in equipment Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance and spare part systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality.
• Troubleshoots and repairs high speed filling and packaging equipment in a timely, safe and efficient manner.
• Maintains equipment maintenance logs and documentation in accordance with SOP and cGMP guidelines.
• Completes necessary Corrective and Preventative Work Orders.
• Performs set-ups or changeovers of equipment as necessary for production schedule.
