Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Reliability Technician in Columbus, OH. This role will maintain and repair manufacturing, packaging, and site equipment, performing preventive, corrective, and emergency work as needed to keep production running.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, data documentation, and collaborating with engineers and team leads to implement improvements and ensure equipment reliability. Weekend and off-shift work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Specialized education or training in mechanical maintenance or related field preferred.
• 2 years repairs with basic maintenance of industrial equipment; hydraulics, pneumatics knowledge implied.

Responsibilities

• Provides experienced service and technical expertise by maintaining manufacturing, packaging and/or site facility equipment.
• Performs predictive, preventive, and reactive work to support reliability and efficiency.
• Supports continuous improvement by completing work on time and driving process improvements.
• Monitors equipment to identify problems and determine root causes for repairs or improvements.
• Communicates status, issues, and improvements with MRTs, Team Lead, Coach and customers.
