Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. seeks a Senior Marketing Specialist to support US Injectables marketing campaigns, ensuring timely development and delivery of promotional materials across channels. You will collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal to ensure accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing – U.S. Injectables, you will coordinate with external vendors and internal teams on surveys, assets, and campaigns, while monitoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in pharma/healthcare.
• Familiarity with FDA promotional guidelines; Vodori is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including product launches and promotions.
• Coordinate creation/research of surveys; analyze data to support decisions.
• Monitor marketing spend and assist in budget tracking.
• Develop and maintain marketing materials across channels (presentations, sell sheets, catalogs, banners, social posts, emails, website updates).
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal to ensure accuracy and compliance of materials.
• Support submission/tracking of materials via MLR platforms (Vodori) and ensure regulatory timelines.
• Coordinate external vendors for asset development and timely delivery.
• Provide marketing tools to Sales leadership for field activities and engagement.
• Create and maintain training resources for internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage NPL activities and update relevant trackers/sites.
• Assist in arranging industry conferences and events marketing logistics.
• Handle customer inquiries from injectable branded sites.
• Participate in team meetings and daily marketing operations.
